There will be many problems when installing the high-speed guardrail, and there will be rework due to premature tightening of the carriage bolts. The torsion can not be welded and lengthened, and the burrs at the ends need to be removed.

After the guardrail is installed, a smooth line should be formed in the horizontal and vertical directions, and it should also have a good induction for the landscape and the driver's line of sight. The corrugated beam guardrail set on the roadside cannot make the guardrail surface intrude within the boundary of the highway building.

The corrugated beam plate should generally be formed by continuous roll forming. The carriage bolt holes on the corrugated beam also need to be positioned accurately, and all the spliced carriage bolt holes at each end need to be punched at one time. From the installation of the column to the installation of the column cap, prevent debris from falling into the column. Do not prematurely tighten the connecting carriage bolts and splices of the corrugated beam. Before tightening the connecting carriage bolts, the brackets (blocks) should be adjusted to be in place accurately.

Guardrails, ends, and columns should not be welded in the length and width directions, no cracks should appear in the components, no obvious twist of the anti-blocking block, the end face cut should be straight, the burr should be removed, the weld should be smooth and flat, and the weld should be located at no on the plane of the carriage bolt holes. There should be no obvious twist at the end, the incision should be vertical, the burr at the end should be removed, and the curved part should be smooth and smooth.
